Hyde Park is located in the heart of Boise's North End, close to Bounded by Hill Road and Camel’s Back Park to the North and Boise's Fort Street to the South. The commercial district contains an ecclectic blend of locally owned shops and restaurants spanning several blocks, including. Goody's ice-cream and candy shop, various used book, clothing, and antique stores, bike shop, and the Lucky 13, a Hyde Park hot spot on warm summer evenings. Outside dining opportunities abound in this location, and traffic is light enough to allow for relaxed coversation. This area is known throughout Boise for it’s annual Hyde Park Street Fair, which is put on by the North End Neighborhood Association, one of the best established community organizations within the greater Boise area. |
